Our properties are sold using a third party title company or real estate attorney. All sales are final. While we do our very best to provide as much information as we can about each property listed on our website, it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to do their own due diligence prior to purchasing a property from us. Any security deposit put down on a property is non-refundable. 

We do our best to answer any questions you may have on a property prior to purchase, but we may not have all the answers you are looking for. We are real estate investors and buy many of our properties site unseen. We encourage you to verify as much information about the property as possible before purchasing the property. This can be done by calling the applicable county office or local service providers offering services for that particular property.

You are welcome to visit any of our properties prior to purchasing them. In fact, we strongly encourage you do so. Talk to the locals in the area to get a feel for the neighborhood. Many of the locals are happy to offer information that we would not otherwise know.

Our goal is to offer you the perfect property for you. With that in mind, any real estate transaction should be taken seriously.
